Will I have to pay another setup fee if I upgrade my hosting plan?
No. We only charge a plan setup fee once. There is no charge for transferring between plans, you just pay the new monthly rate. If you choose to upgrade your account part way through a charging period, you will be invoiced for the pro-rata difference when we receive your upgrade request.
 
How often will I be invoiced?
  • Hosting plan charges are billed quarterly in advance.
  • Setup fees for additional facilities or services (e.g. extra POP/FTP accounts) will be invoiced on request of the upgrade.
  • Additional storage charges or account upgrades will be charged quarterly in advance, pro-rata if ordered part way through a charging period.
  • Excess transfer charges, if applicable, are invoiced monthly in arrears.

How can I pay you?
We are happy to receive payment by cheque or money order. We regret we are not currently able to accept payment by credit card but are planning to offer this facility in the near future.
